Amd Pci Ide Controller Update

Select “Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller” and click Next. I was trying to view a video on my Real Player and it told me I needed a 'Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE controller driver.' I tried to find one and when I did got something called a 'driver detective,' that wanted me to buy it.

Whenever I run DriverAgent it says my Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller driver and my Realtek High Definition Audio driver are out of date.
When I tell windows to update the driver for Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller, it says I have the latest. What's the deal with that?
I have a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3L motherboard and when I go to the Gigabyte website, it says the latest audio driver is 5.10.0.6449 and the one I have installed is 6.0.1.6449. So, how do I find this supposed latest driver that DriverAgent is talking about?
