Cant Download Apps On Android Phone

1. • If you create your Google email account outside the United States, some apps may not be available in the Google Play store.
   • If you register a non-Google email in your Android TV™ device, Google may not recognize it as a valid Google Play account.

   Follow the steps below to log in your Google account:

   1. Delete the registered account.

      1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Under the Personal category, select Google.
      4. Select Remove account.
      5. Select OK.

   2. Register your Google email.

      1. Press the HOME button.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Under the Personal or Accounts category, select Add account.
      4. On the Choose account type screen, select Google.
      5. Enter your Google email and password to sign in.

2. The steps vary depending on the version of your TV operating system.

   • Android™ 7.0 Nougat and later
     1. Press the HOME button.
     2. Select Settings or the icon.
     3. Under the TV category, select Storage & reset.
     4. Under Device storage, select Internal shared storage.
     5. Scroll down to Available to see the remaining storage.
   • Android 6.0 Marshmallow
     1. Press the HOME button.
     2. Select Settings.
     3. Under the TV category, select Storage & reset.
     4. Select Storage.
     5. Scroll down to Available to see the remaining storage.

   Note:

   • The available storage space has to be larger than the size of the app.
   • If you download an app when the storage is full, a Server error appears and the Google Play becomes inaccessible.

3. Uninstall unnecessary applications.

   1. Press the HOME button.
   2. Select Settings or the icon.
   3. Under the TV category, select Apps.
   4. From the Downloaded apps section, select an app to uninstall.
   5. Select Uninstall.
   6. Select OK.

   Uninstalling an app erases all the app-related information from your TV.

4. Perform power reset on your TV.

5. Cancel all the on-going installation or downloading of apps.

   1. Press the HOME button.
   2. Scroll down to Apps category and select Google Play store.
   3. On the Google Play Store, select My Apps.
   4. Select Downloading.
   5. Select an app.
   6. Select Cancel or select the stop icon.

6. Perform Clear Data and Clear Cache on Google Play Services.

   1. Press the HOME button.
   2. Select Settings or the icon.
   3. Under the TV category, select Apps.
   4. Under the System app category, select Google Play services.
   5. Select Clear data.
   6. Select OK.
      • If your TV shows another option, select CLEAR ALL DATA, and then select OK.
   7. Select Clear cache.
   8. Select OK.

7. Set the Parental controls Settings to Allow all.

   1. Press the HOME button.
   2. Scroll down to Apps category and select Google Play store.
   3. On the Google Play Store, select Settings.
   4. Under the Parental control settings, select Allow all, including unrated
