    Follow the steps below to log in your Google account:

    1. Delete the registered account.

      1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Under the Personal category, select Google.
      4. Select Remove account.
      5. Select OK.

      1. Press the HOME button.
      2. Select Settings.

      5. Scroll down to Available to see the remaining storage.
    Note:
    • The available storage space has to be larger than the size of the app.
    • If you download an app when the storage is full, a Server error appears and the Google Play becomes inaccessible.
  2. Uninstall unnecessary applications.

    1. Press the HOME button.
    2. Select Settings or the icon.
    3. Under the TV category, select Apps.
    4. From the Downloaded apps section, select an app to uninstall.
    5. Select Uninstall.
    6. Select OK.

    Uninstalling an app erases all the app-related information from your TV.

    4. Under the System app category, select Google Play services.
    5. Select Clear data.
    6. Select OK.
      • If your TV shows another option, select CLEAR ALL DATA, and then select OK.
    7. Select Clear cache.
    8. Select OK.
  6. Set the Parental controls Settings to Allow all.

    1. Press the HOME button.
    2. Scroll down to Apps category and select Google Play store.
    3. On the Google Play Store, select Settings.
    4. Under the Parental control settings, select Allow all, including unrated
